Kajima Corporation Engineering Headquarters
Inforce planned the initialization and realization of Kajima’s Human Resources database, by using its unique Upsizing technique from Access for administration construction.
For Japanese construction giant Kajima, Inforce examined the Engineering sections’s system management methods, analyzing the design and construction, in order to create a more effective and efficient HR mainframe. We concluded that building a system using the theme of a one-company staff placement system for the whole headquarters, could greatly improve HR efficiency.
As this new system would serve the function of incorporating one department’s operations rather than a company-wide one, it was relatively easy to examine, merge system operation and finally develop the existing Access program, utilizing the adoption of a SQL Server and performing Upsizing.
Based on this method of SQL Server Upsizing, Inforce is able to add further improvements to existing systems, and can initiate more substantial system developments in the future.
